This month, our resident food critic Troy Johnson reviews Tidal at Paradise Point. The restaurant has been newly revamped under San Diego chef Amy DiBiase, and after reading Troy’s review, we are beyond excited to try her creations—especially the desserts!
Fun fact: Tidal has a bright-orange fridge full of cold PBRs. For $13, you get a wristband granting unlimited access to it (weekends only, 10 a.m.—3 p.m.).
