San Diego’s premier luxury shopping and dining destination just got better with a multimillion-dollar redevelopment and refresh that includes the addition of luxury shops such as DIOR, Bottega Veneta, David Yurman and Dolce & Gabbana among others.

Fashion Valley, a Simon property, wrapped up most of its revitalization project in early December. In addition to expanding its 200-plus roster, Fashion Valley replaced and installed new escalators, walkways, and bridges on both the first and second floors, refreshed facades, and design-driven seating areas for shoppers to unwind and spend time with friends and family.

“We’re thrilled about the interior and exterior upgrades made to enhance the shopper experience,” said Andrew Cortez, Director of Marketing at Fashion Valley. “This was a strategic investment in Fashion Valley, Southern California’s most iconic shopping center, to appeal to the wants of locals and tourists alike. It’s so important that our guests enjoy their experience at our property every single time they visit and that they want to return.”

From Versace to Vans or Louis Vuitton to Lululemon, expect it all.

Aside from being the exclusive San Diego mall for many signature designers and brands, Fashion Valley welcomed ALO, Audi San Diego, Porsche San Diego, Prada, Psycho Bunny, newly expanded Saint Laurent, The North Face, Vuori and Craft House earlier in the year. The mall will welcome the expansion of Rolex Boutique Fourtané in January 2024, which has doubled in size to create a custom San Diego-inspired design concept and includes multiple private consultation rooms and a two-story exterior façade.

“The continued addition of in-demand and amazing retail combined with the shopping center’s new, fresh look has created true retail bliss and puts Fashion Valley on the map as the must-see San Diego retail destination,” Cortez said. “Fashion Valley is redefining the art of shopping and leisure, delivering an experience that will leave shoppers feeling a genuine connection to its natural heritage of San Diego.” “We invite everyone to come down to enjoy the new offerings and celebrate our constantly evolving center.”

Getting to Fashion Valley remains convenient as it is just a few minutes away from San Diego’s renowned beaches, downtown, and the San Diego International Airport. Aside from the thousands of parking spots and valet options, there are public transit stops at Fashion Valley.
