Celebrate Dia De Los Muertos at Rumorosa on Harbor Island

Rumorosa, the Cali-Baja restaurant located on San Diego’s coastal enclave of Harbor Island, invites diners to celebrate Dia de los Muertos from Friday, November 1 to Sunday, November 3 with an all-day happy hour and an expanded weekend brunch menu. From morning to night, the restaurant will feature an array of traditional and creative dishes, and drinks inspired by the rich heritage of this cultural holiday.

From 6:30 – 11am on Friday and Saturday, and 8am – 1:30pm on Sunday, Rumorosa will feature a Dia de los Muertos Celebration Brunch which includes a selection of authentic Mexican dishes in addition to the regular breakfast menu. Additions include house made pastries including Pan de Muerto and Buñuelos; traditional Chicken Pozole Rojo; and for a morning pick-me-up, a spiced Café de Olla.

Dia De Los Muertos All-Day Happy Hour
Special for the holiday, Rumorosa will feature an all day happy hour from 12 – 10 pm. Guests can enjoy a variety of exclusive drink specials including Tequila & Mezcal Flights that include commemorative, hand-carved jicara tasting cups to take home. Flight selections include the Horizontal Flight of premium tequilas for $25; or the Vertical Flight featuring the bold flavors of Hedonistas De La Fe mezcal line for $45. Specialty cocktails include the Voodoo Eye crafted with Hendrick’s Gin, Midori, lime, and lychee, for $16.
