Our guest is David Graham, the City of San Diego’s Deputy COO, who’s telling us what it takes to bring businesses to fruition (he was behind the Quartyard), the state’s dated regulations, and more. He also once competed in the World Food Championships and served as sous chef to his mom at cooking competitions.
