Join SCRC for a FREE, in-person workshop dedicated to empowering family caregivers who are caring for someone with diabetes. Learn more about diabetes, its relationship to dementia, and how you can best support your loved one. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to hear from special guest speakers and connect to community resources!
