Gelson’s to Host Wine Pairing Dinner with Duckhorn Vineyards

Gelson’s Markets is hosting a wine pairing dinner with Duckhorn Vineyards, the iconic Napa Valley winery, at the Gelson’s La Costa/Carlsbad wine bar on Tuesday, February 25, from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Guests will enjoy a four-course menu thoughtfully paired with Duckhorn wines, featuring Welcome Pour: Decoy Brut Cuvee Sparkling; First Course: Grilled Garlic Soy Shrimp/Crab Cake Duo paired with Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc; Second Course: Toro Crudo paired with Migration Chardonnay; Third Course: Petite Grass Fed Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Demi, Roasted Sweet Potato, and Blistered Tomatoes paired with Duckhorn Napa Cabernet Sauvignon; Fourth Course: A Cheese & Cookie Plate with Kingston Breezy Blue Cheese, Belgian Boys Raspberry Cookie Tarts & Mitica Caramelized Walnuts paired with Paraduxx Proprietary Red Blend.

Duckhorn Vineyards has crafted classic Napa Valley wines for over 40 years, specializing in distinctive Bordeaux varietals like Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sauvignon Blanc. Each wine embodies their unwavering dedication to quality, balance, and elegance.

This exclusive event is limited to the first 28 RSVPs/Pre-Payments. Tickets are $75 per person plus tax and advanced purchase is required. RSVP by February 23rd for further instructions and information. Guests are asked to arrive at the Wine Bar by 4 PM.
