Enjoy an evening of discovery as San Diego Botanic Garden invites you to explore its vital plant science and conservation work! The speaker lineup features talented members of the SDBG Science and Conservation team, along with special guest partners. Join SDBG Director of Medicinal Plants Research Dr. Ben Naman for “Traditional Medicine and Modern Science: Improving Health for People and the Planet.” Get an inside look at how San Diego Botanic Garden is working with academic, industry, nonprofit, and tribal partners to study, protect, and sustainably explore California’s native medicinal plants for modern applications.
