We didn’t look at open houses last week, and since then a report came out showing that home prices in San Diego went up again: The average house here now costs around half-a-million dollars.

Since we were just talking about ZIP Code 92104, why not check it out? Most houses there are at least $650K nowadays, but this bungalow came up in our search. It has two bedrooms and is $100 shy of being half-a-million (that’s $757 per square foot of space!)
