Rachel Hunt saw a void in the fashion market downtown and filled it with her new Wild Dove shop. “You go to any other city and it’s boutique, boutique, boutique!” Hunt leaned on her experience working in the corporate side of big brands like BCBG. “It’s all about price,” she says, noting her inventory of effortless and affordable contemporary styles.
Alongside popular San Francisco line Amour Vert and L.A. favorite Show Me Your Mumu, Hunt stocks local artists like Little Italy–based jewelry designer JaxKelly and Fair Seas Supply Co. beach blankets.
