Some joggers love a runner’s high. Others just love a good buzz. Among the latter, count the Hash House Harriers, a worldwide running and drinking group with clubs in virtually every city and several in the San Diego area. One of these meets at Green Flash Brewing Co. the fourth Tuesday of every month to enjoy a run, beer, and dinner for $8. You can spot the “hare raisers”—or leaders—and the runners in the midst of their 4- to 5-mile run on canyon trails and streets around the brewery. About 60 to 80 people meet regularly, but only half actually run. It’s the perfect antidote to a beer belly. 6550 Mira Mesa Boulevard, Sorrento Valley
