As head of school at the Academy of Our Lady of Peace, Dr. Lauren Lek has transformed San Diego’s only all-girls high school into a hub of excellence, inclusion, and innovation. Under her leadership, OLP has expanded its legacy with bold initiatives in STEM and global learning and the launch of the St. Joseph Scholars program for girls with moderate to severe learning disabilities.
