About the Event

Encore Sushi celebrates its grand opening on Friday, October 23, at 112 S Cedros Ave in Solana Beach’s Cedros Design District, steps from the world-famous Belly Up Tavern. Stop by any time from noon to 10 PM to meet Chef James La and partner Chris West and try the sashimi, nigiri and The Setlist signature rolls that make Encore an upscale-casual favorite on Cedros. The evening kicks off at 4 PM with a ribbon-cutting hosted by the Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce. Drinks and chef’s samples available.
