About the Event

The San Diego Writers Festival offers free classes from world-class instructors and a chance to meet the storytellers.

Following a welcome ceremony and keynote address, we will have over 30 free programs throughout the day, exhibitors in the courtyard, and food available for purchase.

Panels include authors from several genres including Historical Fiction, True Crime, Sci-Fi/Fantasy, Film Writing, and Memoir.

Workshops include Publishing 101, Marketing/PR for authors, Non Fiction, and Poetry.
