International Women’s Month Celebration

Raise a glass to the women shaping our culinary community. Join us at Bronze Bird to celebrate International Women’s Month with a tasting-style party featuring bold bites from four of our talented female chefs, plus special pours from women-owned Brown Bag Beverages and Spiritless mocktails. Live music by local artist Marelle will set the celebratory tone with warm vocals and reminiscent song choices in Jazz, R&B, Pop and Soul.

On the Menu:
– Coconut Prickly Pear Ceviche with roasted poblano, toasted corn and serrano foam
– Corundas with Cotija, roasted salsa and sour cream
– Citrus Strawberry Shrimp Cocktail, finished with blueberries and creamy avocado
– Pasilla Pork, with wild mushrooms and shoestring potatoes
– Kare Kare (Filipino Braised Beef Stew)
– Arrachera Sopes, finished with queso fresco, avocado, and tomato jalapeno salsa
– Seared Jidori Chicken with pipian verde sauce, and Flor de calabaza tetela and smokey salsa macha
– Pandan-Coconut Panna Cotta with Ube Shortbread
