Rally and Restore at Park Hyatt Aviara

Miraval Life in Balance Spa Aviara and Ethereal Balance invite guests to experience ‘Rally & Restore’, a half-day wellness retreat designed to bring together movement, mindful connection and deep restoration. The day begins with a grounding cacao ceremony, creating a mindful and intentional start to the experience before guests take to the court for a pickleball clinic led by professional instructors. Following the clinic, guests transition into Deep Release, a restorative workshop focused on releasing tension and reconnecting with the body with a guided bodywork, stretch and mobility session. The experience concludes with a restorative recovery lounge featuring cold plunges, sticker acupuncture, cupping, vitamin B12 shots, and an electrolyte bar. Guests who attend Rally & Restore will also receive a weekday day pass that includes access to the pool and spa, extending the experience beyond the event itself. The event is $40 per person.
