About the Event

A little wine. A little something. The evening starts here.

Inspired by the Italian ritual of aperitivo, Splash invites you to ease into the evening.

Join us Monday through Friday from 5–7 PM for a rotating selection of 3 oz wine pours. Enjoy California wines from Napa Valley, Sonoma, and even our local Temecula selection of white, rosé, red, and sparkling. Each chosen for discovery rather than familiarity. Try something unexpected, order another Splash, share a bite, and see where the evening takes you.

Each first Splash arrives with a small complimentary taste from the kitchen, with a menu of shareable bites available when you’re ready for a little more.

Come for a Splash. Stay for dinner.
