The San Diego Cheese & Libation Expo, formerly Liquid City Cheese expo, returns for 2026 with an elevated experience celebrating artisan cheese and curated beverage pairings. This year’s event features a standout Wisconsin collective—offering a rare taste of “America’s Dairyland” through 10 award-winning cheesemakers, including Carr Valley Cheese, Sartori Cheese, Marieke Gouda, and more.

Attendees can enjoy freshly shipped Wisconsin cheese curds for an authentic “squeaky” tasting experience, alongside specialty libations, educational moments, and exclusive event swag.
