As we age, the idea of finding a new companion for a serious relationship or someone special to share life’s adventures can feel both exciting and a little daunting.
The dating world has changed dramatically since many of us were last in it, and finding your way in the online landscape comes with its own unique set of challenges.
How do you stand out? How do you know who to trust? And how can you find genuine connections that feel right for this chapter of your life?
Starting with DateMyAge, this article will guide you through the best dating sites for seniors over 60, breaking down what makes each one work.
Let’s dive right into the features, users, and subscription costs of each app.

DateMyAge makes connecting with senior singles straightforward. You’re more likely to meet your ideal match, as the app has a large number of members over 60 to choose from.
The expansive search filters will allow you to see only users who meet your criteria, from age range to interests, fitness level, and body type. If you’re interested in traveling, you can set your filters to worldwide and easily meet someone in another country.
This app is quite user-friendly, no tech degree needed. If you have the perfect opening line to screen your matches and you don’t want to type it out repeatedly, you can use the “Let’s Mingle” option to send the same message to multiple members at the same time.
You can pick how you want to interact with matches: real-time chats and video calls are an option to weed out incompatible users. Profile verification also adds another layer to ensure you’re dealing with real users.
In addition, you only get one message for free, and then you’ll have to purchase credits to communicate. Still, with DateMyAge, you’ll get a fair shake for your dollar.

New users get 50% off any of the following plans for the first month:
Are you online dating with the intent to build a
long-lasting relationship? eHarmony boasts millions of successful relationships since it launched in 2000.
Although the app isn’t for seniors only, its millions of active members mean an ample number of users across all age groups. Every eHarmony member must take the in-depth, detailed quiz so that your matches are tailored to your unique preferences, hobbies, and relationship goals.
The intensive 10-20 minute quiz serves a dual purpose: it typically filters out people who aren’t serious about finding the one. eHarmony is the one to pick if you want to match for marriage and meet your forever person!
eHarmony also supports dating app newbies with helpful relationship tips, icebreakers, and prompts. If you’re easing into dating after a marriage or a long period being single, you won’t be navigating blind.

This dating app is for seniors only, with plenty of members to explore. You can anticipate connecting with 3 to 7 handpicked matches based on your tailored profile daily.
It’s also one of the safest options out there, with manually-verified profiles for thorough vetting. Plus, only verified members can access dating on the community, so you don’t have to worry about matching with fake users. If someone needs to get blocked and you report them, staff will investigate and remove abusive profiles if need be.
Basic membership is also free, which is a plus. You’ll get more out of this app with a subscription, but at least you can test it out.
Bear in mind that, unlike other best dating sites for over 60, you cannot connect with matches independently: users are selected for you daily. Still, that gives you more time to consider your matches carefully rather than fall into a swiping frenzy.
>>Start Dating Seniors Safely on SilverSingles

SeniorMatch is a great pick if you don’t want to sift through users who are out of your desired age range. Everyone on here is 50+, making it more likely for you to find someone with similar priorities, goals, and experiences.
If you want to strike up a casual conversation or get down to brass tacks and connect for a life-lasting friendship or more, this site is surprisingly simple to use.
SeniorMatch also has a helpful feature that reverse matches you to similar profiles. And aside from showing you users that meet your dating goals and preferences, it’ll highlight people with similar attributes to you. Several people have had success meeting unexpected connections this way.
>>Connect to Seniors 50+ on SeniorMatch

It’s simple math: the more members and reach a site has, the greater the chances you’ll find your person. Zoosk boasts tens of millions of members worldwide to pick from. It’s not seniors-exclusive, but there’s a significant number of mature singles on it. You can also filter by age if you’re not interested in a younger partner.
Zoosk has sophisticated behavioral matchmaking technology to show you people you’re interested in. With features like SmartPick and Carousel, you’ll see more of who you like the more you use it.
With the large number of users all around the world, you’re likely to connect with a person you’re interested in. Online friends, a life partner, or just company for weekend walks.
It also caters to seniors in the sense that it’s user-friendly. Robust verification protocols mean you don’t have to worry about online scammers or fake profiles.
If you’re still uncertain, you can kick things off with the unpaid version. Subscriptions get cheaper the longer you subscribe.

Not everyone is looking for the same sort of company that typical dating apps offer. DoubleList is a classified ad platform that evolved into something more. Most people post no-frills ads stating what they’re looking for, whether that’s a spicy fling, exchanging photos, or something naughtier.
It isn’t senior-exclusive, but that’s a pro if you’re looking to meet people from a broader age range, not just those in your own age bracket. If you’re living in a big city, you have a good chance of success in meeting like-minded men and women.
A major selling point—pun intended—is that you can use the site without putting down a dime. There are subscription plans available, but you can get more than enough out of it for free.
The downside is that there is no verification, as with other best dating sites for over 60, so you’ll want to be cautious with who you speak to. Fake profiles and scams can and do exist.
>>Find Casual Fun on DoubleList Now

SeniorSizzle is an open-minded collection of mature adults who are down for fun, flirty encounters. You can find compatible matches to meet up with or have a sexy webcam chat.
You have the option to comment without a subscription, but you’ll need to pay to interact. Fortunately, subscriptions are on the cheaper end for a senior dating site.
This site stands out for diversity: not only are singles welcome, but couples and groups too. It’s a non-judgmental space for seniors seeking the kinky lifestyle. Don’t hesitate to be straightforward about what you’re after in your profile.
You will also be impressed by the matchmaking features. You can search for men and women by the standards like age and location, as well as their kinks and sexual interests.
If you’re living in a rural area, you may find that there aren’t as many available people. Still, you can filter by last-active profiles and, if you’re open to it, travel mates for sexy, uncomplicated adventure.
>>Hookup with Hot Seniors on SeniorSizzle

SeniorsMeet is the best fit if you’re looking for activity partners, travel mates, or companions for life. It’s built for seniors with a simple-to-use interface and plenty of entertaining ways to connect with mature singles.
You can send flirts without a subscription but you’ll need to subscribe or purchase credits (or tokens) to actually message anyone. This way, you can get an idea of who’s out there before you commit.
Should you take the plunge and subscribe, options include virtual gifts and video introductions to personalize things. Plus, a range of advanced filters to narrow down the dating pool.
If you’re more tech-savvy, you may be let down by the simplicity of the application. Despite this, with the large number of senior members, you’ll find people open to all sorts of companionship and connections.

Selection criteria are important, especially when you’re picking a dating app for a specific demographic. Here’s what we factored in when ranking the best dating sites for over 60.
These apps were selected based on their usability and what they offer to help you in your search for the ideal partner. That includes everything from security features such as mandatory verification to helpful filtering tools, all designed to translate your online experience into success in real life.
We selected apps that are user-friendly with a short learning curve, so that even seniors who aren’t as tech-savvy can begin the virtual speed dating experience with ease.
You can’t put a price on finding relationships, but you can gauge what gives you the most bang for your buck. We looked at the best dating sites for over 60 that offer quality and value for your money rather than what’s cheapest.
All the senior dating sites on the list have plenty of members to choose from, aged 50 to 70+. This includes a large number of baby boomers. Most of these also have protocols in place to get rid of fake, scammy, or inactive profiles, so you don’t waste your time.
Each app has an even gender ratio of men to women. After all, the bigger the membership pool, the greater your chances of connecting with someone, though some apps do have a strict age limit.
Not everyone is after traditional dating, regardless of age. We made sure to include dating apps that cater to those seeking casual, platonic, or activity-based connections, too.
Staying safe online is a concern at any age. Our guide compared what these apps offer to protect your privacy and ensure you don’t get conned by snake oil salesmen (or saleswomen)!

Let’s wrap up with some FAQs about online dating for mature singles.
The best dating sites for over 60 are typically those that either focus specifically on your age group or have a very large membership of mature adults. DateMyAge, eHarmony, and SilverSingles are the top options in this review. They have a massive user base of people in their 60s and older, giving you a larger pool of potential matches.
Pick SilverSingles if you want to date someone who is also over 60 and is looking for a more affordable option. eharmony, on the other hand, is better if you want a larger dating pool and are open to a wider age range. eHarmony also uses a much more detailed and scientifically-backed personality test, but it is more expensive and often requires a longer commitment [1].
Based on our review and industry reputation, eHarmony has a high number of success stories for a wide range of ages, including seniors. SilverSingles is also considered highly successful as it is designed specifically for the 60+ demographic, which can lead to better-tailored matches and a more serious user base.
Most of the dating sites we reviewed are free to join and browse profiles, but very few are 100% free for unlimited use. Most sites allow you to create a profile, view photos, and search for matches for free. However, you often have to pay for a subscription to unlock features like sending messages or seeing who has viewed your profile.
The best years of your life are ahead of you, and finding a partner to share them with should be an adventure, not a gamble.
The best dating sites for over 60, like DateMyAge, eHarmony, and SilverSingles, offer a trusted way to connect with thousands of like-minded individuals.
Whether you’re hoping to find a companion for new adventures, a lifelong partner, or a friend to share interests with, these best-rated sites provide a safe and vibrant community for every kind of connection.

Behind every beautiful space is a thoughtful process, and ASID San Diego is helping homeowners understand the value of professional design.
A perfectly designed home rarely happens by accident. Those kitchens that feel effortless and rooms that seem to tell a story the second you walk in? They’re usually the work of someone who knows exactly what they’re doing.
It’s knowing which ideas will actually work, which materials will hold up over time, and how to turn a collection of choices into a space that feels intentional. That’s where a professional interior designer comes in.
For the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) California San Diego Chapter, the goal is to help people see interior design as more than just the finished look. Behind every well-designed space is a process built on technical expertise. Designers are educated in everything from professional software and construction details to building codes, space planning, materials, and functionality.

“People don’t always realize how much goes on behind the scenes,” Kirsten Recce , current president of the ASID California San Diego Chapter, says. “Our designers are not just doing furniture placement and color selection and picking out new fluffy pillows. That’s not what they’re trained for.”
ASID members bring formal education, continued learning, and industry knowledge to their projects, helping create spaces that are not only beautiful, but designed to work. A paint color that changes completely depending on the lighting. A material that looks beautiful in a showroom but doesn’t make sense for everyday life. A layout that photographs well but doesn’t function for the people living there. These are the details where professional guidance can make all the difference.
Still, one of the biggest misconceptions about hiring an interior designer is that it’s reserved for massive renovations, luxury homes, or people who already know exactly what they want. The process can feel intimidating. Where do you begin? Is a designer worth the investment? What if you only need help with one room?
ASID’s answer: start with one hour.
ASID’s Spruce Up events break down one of the biggest barriers between homeowners and professional design: knowing where to begin. Held twice a year, the community program gives homeowners the chance to work directly with an ASID designer through a one-hour, $125 consultation in their own home. Whether you’re looking for advice on furniture placement, window treatments, kitchen and bath updates, remodeling ideas, vacation rentals, color selections or something else entirely, the upcoming September 2026 event offers an approachable way to get expert guidance before committing to a full project. Signups are open through Sept. 7, with consultations taking place Sept. 21 through Oct. 31. Proceeds benefit ASID San Diego’s educational and community programs. Register here!

“It’s a great opportunity for people who are in that exploratory phase,” Recce says. “Maybe they’re not sure they want to hire an interior designer yet, or they think it sounds daunting or expensive. This gives them a chance to discover what working with a designer is actually like.”
Design is personal. A good designer isn’t just creating a beautiful room; they’re helping create a space that fits the way someone lives.
“We’re a resource to all of San Diego County,” Recce says. “It doesn’t cost anything to pick up the phone and call and ask. We’ll answer.”

Laika Nur, MD, takes her love of volleyball from the court to the clinic as team physician for the San Diego Mojo
Growing up, Laika Nur, MD, Scripps Clinic sports medicine specialist, loved watching beach volleyball when the Association of Volleyball Professionals tour came to her hometown of Chicago. A talented volleyball player herself, she remembers sitting in the stands all day, and once, even got a couple autographs. Years later, Dr. Nur was attending a professional event focused on women’s sports, and the discussion turned to a new professional women’s volleyball league. The general manager and coaching staff for San Diego’s team, the Mojo, happened to be in attendance, and Dr. Nur took the opportunity to ask them if they needed a team doctor. Flash forward to the Mojo’s inaugural 2024 season, when Dr. Nur officially became the team physician. Click here to read more about Dr. Nur and how she incorporates lessons she learned on the court into her practice.

How local orthopedic specialists are pioneering the future of foot and ankle care
Your feet and ankles probably aren’t something you give much thought to—until something goes wrong. Orthopedic surgeons at Scripps Clinic are on the leading edge of foot and ankle reconstruction, treating patients with sports injuries, deformities, traumatic injuries and other conditions. That includes repairing torn Achilles tendons with a minimally invasive procedure that shrinks the incision site to less than a centimeter, and performing advanced ankle replacement on some patients with ankle arthritis. A new program guides new moms through high-risk pregnancy and into the “fourth trimester”
Mai Vue was just 34 weeks pregnant when she delivered her baby. Her pregnancy had been complicated, and she’d had a recent second trimester pregnancy loss, which led to her receiving specialized care from Sean Daneshmand, MD, a Scripps Clinic perinatologist who oversees high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Daneshmand and his team took care of Mai during her pregnancy, through the birth of her healthy baby girl and beyond. Mai was part of a program Scripps launched to provide support to new moms in the weeks and months after delivery. The postpartum program, known as Scripps Health’s Fourth Trimester Continuum of Care, provides care for women with high-risk pregnancies to optimize their health after childbirth and reduce the risk of complications in future pregnancies. Scripps Clinic’s Mohs surgery center is one of the most sophisticated in the country.
It’s estimated that one in five people in the U.S. will develop skin cancer at some point in their lives. When you factor in living in a sun-soaked city like San Diego and the outdoorsy lifestyle that comes with it, that figure can jump to as high as one in three, which makes early detection and intervention all the more important. Dermatologists at Bighorn Mohs and Dermatology Center are using innovative imaging methods and advanced surgical techniques to diagnose and treat skin cancer. For certain cancers in sensitive spots, like the face, dermatologists perform Mohs surgery, removing skin tissue layer by layer until reaching healthy, cancer-free tissue. They also use a process called immunohistochemistry to view tissue samples taken during Mohs surgery in far greater detail than previous methods. Read more about how Scripps is advancing skin cancer care here.

Scripps Cancer Center helps an endurance athlete overcome his greatest challenge yet and get back in the race
When endurance athlete Isaac Sanchez learned he had cancer, he felt blindsided. He was healthy, surfed often and was training for an Ironman triathlon. But he had to put that on hold to undergo treatment. His physicians at Scripps Cancer Center developed a plan to treat the cancer in his tonsil and lymph nodes that included six-and-a-half weeks of near-daily radiation and weekly chemotherapy. He also worked with a Scripps Cancer Center dietitian to enhance his nutrition to promote strength and healing. Today, Isaac’s back to doing what he loves. Read more of his story here.
