Testosterone boosters are products that claim to increase testosterone levels in your body. These boosters can come in the form of medications or dietary supplements, and are available either by prescription or over the counter.
You may need to consider using a testosterone booster if you are over the age of 40 and are experiencing symptoms like low libido, low energy, and increasing body fat. A shortage of testosterone can also exist in younger men, which is referred to as hypogonadism, and could be the result of a medical condition, certain medications, or even some lifestyle choices.
To best determine if you need a testosterone booster, it is recommended to consult with your doctor.
Here are common symptoms that may arise with sub-optimal T-levels.
It is possible to purchase kits online to test for low testosterone at home. The process usually consists of providing a blood sample by pricking your finger or taking a swab of saliva, after which you will send the sample in a provided mailer to a laboratory for testing.
The lab will then analyze your sample and provide you with the results through an online portal or app. The test might also measure other related hormones like DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), which is a precursor to testosterone.
If the test results show low testosterone, or if you have any questions, you should consult with your doctor as to the best actions to take.
Here is a list of our top picks for the best testosterone booster supplement for men and what you need to know about each one.

TestoPrime is our top choice for the best testosterone booster for men over 30 who want to improve their vitality and overall well-being. Ingredients like D-aspartic acid and panax ginseng are included to support natural testosterone production, which can boost energy and sex drive, while also providing anti-aging benefits [3] [4].
The addition of ashwagandha helps reduce stress and improve mood, while fenugreek and garlic extract can aid in boosting libido and metabolism [5] [6] [7].
With key vitamins like D and B, along with zinc, TestoPrime provides essential nutrients for male health and hormone balance [8] [9] [10].
Anyone with hemochromatosis (iron overload) should avoid TestoPrime, as pomegranate and green tea extracts may affect iron levels. Individuals on blood sugar medication should also be cautious due to fenugreek and ginseng’s potential impact on blood glucose. Additionally, those on blood thinners should consult a doctor, as garlic extract can have blood-thinning effects.
According to Kevyn’s Trustpilot review, he started using TestoPrime 2 years ago and now his testosterone levels have more than doubled. Daniel also loves the TestoPrime product and results, yet the delivery service takes a really long time [11] [12].

Innerbody Testosterone Support is for men who want to naturally boost their energy, vitality, and overall well-being. This formula combines fenugreek and tongkat ali, which are known to support healthy testosterone levels and enhance libido. Ashwagandha can help the body manage stress for a more balanced mood and better sleep [5] [13] [14].
People with autoimmune diseases should be cautious with this supplement, as ashwagandha may stimulate the immune system. Additionally, those on blood sugar medication should monitor their glucose closely due to the potential effects of fenugreek and maca.
On the official page, Jeremy M. K., a 46-year-old user, has had a few surgeries and has lost more fat and gained more energy at the gym after using Innerbody Testosterone Support. Another user, John G., said they’ve had an excellent experience using Innerbody; the only drawback is that it makes them gassy, but it’s well worth it [15].

Forget getting ripped or shredded, Testosil is best for older men over 40, especially those who just want more energy in the gym and burn excess fat.
Key ingredients like D-aspartic acid and ashwagandha are included to support testosterone production and reduce stress, while fenugreek and ginseng aim to enhance libido and exercise performance. Additionally, AstraGin is added to help improve the absorption of these beneficial compounds [3] [4] [13] [16].
People with kidney disease should avoid Testosil because of the added magnesium. Also, individuals on blood thinners should consult their doctor, as ginseng and garlic can have an impact on blood clotting. If you are taking blood sugar medication, be cautious as fenugreek and ginseng may affect your blood glucose levels.
A verified buyer said in their Amazon review that Testosil was very effective. They felt more energy and noticed belly fat disappearing. Overall, they’re very satisfied [17].
Another customer said they felt a little more energy taking Testosil, but the high price would make them less likely to purchase it again [18].

If you’re a male over 30 suffering from excess stress, you should know that the stress hormone cortisol is testosterone’s biggest enemy. Testo-Max combines D-aspartic acid, ginseng, and fenugreek to stimulate testosterone production and build muscle [3] [4] [13].
You also get nettle leaf extract and zinc to help support overall hormonal balance, while other essential vitamins and minerals contribute to improved energy, recovery, and well-being [10] [19].
Individuals taking medications that affect hormone levels should avoid Testo-Max because it contains D-aspartic acid, which can interact with medications like birth control pills or certain antidepressants, so it’s best to consult a doctor before adding it to your routine.
On Trustpilot, Monika gave a glowing review of CrazyBulk’s Testo-Max, stating it has been the best for her over 6 years, helping her sleep better and feel more balanced [20].
In contrast, David said he noticed very little difference after taking it, claiming it’s not an effective testosterone booster and that people should not waste their money [21].

If you feel constantly tired, no matter how much sleep you get, and keeping up with life is a continuous uphill struggle, low testosterone could be the cause. It is good for older men, especially ones over 50 who find it hard to lift weight or their sex life has lost its spark.
Zinc and magnesium are included to support the body’s natural testosterone production and improve overall energy levels [10] [22].
Tribulus terrestris, epimedium, and tongkat ali are traditionally used to help enhance libido and vitality. This combination aims to improve energy, stamina, and sexual health [14] [23] [24].
People with a prostate condition should avoid Testogen, as saw palmetto and tribulus terrestris may affect prostate health. Individuals on blood-thinning medication or those with heart issues should also be cautious due to hawthorn berries and tongkat ali having potential effects on blood pressure and circulation.
One review on Trustpilot, Carsten møller, said Testogen is actually a very good product; however, the company is not. They use AI bots for customer service, and dealing with them is impossible [25].
However, Mehow on Amazon said the product worked pretty well, improving their energy levels for workouts, but wished the daily dose wasn’t so high and that the cost was lower [26].

Behind every beautiful space is a thoughtful process, and ASID San Diego is helping homeowners understand the value of professional design.
A perfectly designed home rarely happens by accident. Those kitchens that feel effortless and rooms that seem to tell a story the second you walk in? They’re usually the work of someone who knows exactly what they’re doing.
It’s knowing which ideas will actually work, which materials will hold up over time, and how to turn a collection of choices into a space that feels intentional. That’s where a professional interior designer comes in.
For the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) California San Diego Chapter, the goal is to help people see interior design as more than just the finished look. Behind every well-designed space is a process built on technical expertise. Designers are educated in everything from professional software and construction details to building codes, space planning, materials, and functionality.

“People don’t always realize how much goes on behind the scenes,” Kirsten Recce , current president of the ASID California San Diego Chapter, says. “Our designers are not just doing furniture placement and color selection and picking out new fluffy pillows. That’s not what they’re trained for.”
ASID members bring formal education, continued learning, and industry knowledge to their projects, helping create spaces that are not only beautiful, but designed to work. A paint color that changes completely depending on the lighting. A material that looks beautiful in a showroom but doesn’t make sense for everyday life. A layout that photographs well but doesn’t function for the people living there. These are the details where professional guidance can make all the difference.
Still, one of the biggest misconceptions about hiring an interior designer is that it’s reserved for massive renovations, luxury homes, or people who already know exactly what they want. The process can feel intimidating. Where do you begin? Is a designer worth the investment? What if you only need help with one room?
ASID’s answer: start with one hour.
ASID’s Spruce Up events break down one of the biggest barriers between homeowners and professional design: knowing where to begin. Held twice a year, the community program gives homeowners the chance to work directly with an ASID designer through a one-hour, $125 consultation in their own home. Whether you’re looking for advice on furniture placement, window treatments, kitchen and bath updates, remodeling ideas, vacation rentals, color selections or something else entirely, the upcoming September 2026 event offers an approachable way to get expert guidance before committing to a full project. Signups are open through Sept. 7, with consultations taking place Sept. 21 through Oct. 31. Proceeds benefit ASID San Diego’s educational and community programs. Register here!

“It’s a great opportunity for people who are in that exploratory phase,” Recce says. “Maybe they’re not sure they want to hire an interior designer yet, or they think it sounds daunting or expensive. This gives them a chance to discover what working with a designer is actually like.”
Design is personal. A good designer isn’t just creating a beautiful room; they’re helping create a space that fits the way someone lives.
“We’re a resource to all of San Diego County,” Recce says. “It doesn’t cost anything to pick up the phone and call and ask. We’ll answer.”

A new program guides new moms through high-risk pregnancy and into the “fourth trimester”
Mai Vue was just 34 weeks pregnant when she delivered her baby. Her pregnancy had been complicated, and she’d had a recent second trimester pregnancy loss, which led to her receiving specialized care from Sean Daneshmand, MD, a Scripps Clinic perinatologist who oversees high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Daneshmand and his team took care of Mai during her pregnancy, through the birth of her healthy baby girl and beyond. Mai was part of a program Scripps launched to provide support to new moms in the weeks and months after delivery. The postpartum program, known as Scripps Health’s Fourth Trimester Continuum of Care, provides care for women with high-risk pregnancies to optimize their health after childbirth and reduce the risk of complications in future pregnancies. Scripps Clinic’s Mohs surgery center is one of the most sophisticated in the country.
It’s estimated that one in five people in the U.S. will develop skin cancer at some point in their lives. When you factor in living in a sun-soaked city like San Diego and the outdoorsy lifestyle that comes with it, that figure can jump to as high as one in three, which makes early detection and intervention all the more important. Dermatologists at Bighorn Mohs and Dermatology Center are using innovative imaging methods and advanced surgical techniques to diagnose and treat skin cancer. For certain cancers in sensitive spots, like the face, dermatologists perform Mohs surgery, removing skin tissue layer by layer until reaching healthy, cancer-free tissue. They also use a process called immunohistochemistry to view tissue samples taken during Mohs surgery in far greater detail than previous methods. Read more about how Scripps is advancing skin cancer care here.
