How Avantera Elevate Works

Elevate combines clinically studied nootropic and wellness ingredients to support the brain and body. Rather than relying on stimulants for a quick boost, Elevate utilizes compounds that help create sustained focus, enhance mood, and support digestive health.

  • Focus & Memory: Bacopa Monnieri & CDP Choline support sharper thinking and cognitive support over the long term.
  • Balanced Energy: Green tea extract provides a moderate amount of caffeine, while L-Theanine helps mitigate jitters.
  • Mood & Stress: Rhodiola Rosea supports stress management and mental clarity.
  • Gut & Inflammation: Turmeric and ginger support with digestion and discomfort.
  • Absorption: Black pepper extract helps enhance the efficacy of other ingredients.

Avantera’s Customer Support

For many buyers, the post-purchase experience is just as necessary as the product itself, and Avantera takes this seriously. The brand’s customer support is often described as one of the best in the supplement industry, offering quick and straightforward solutions that make customers feel valued.

  • Round-the-clock coverage: Support is available 24/7, ensuring customers receive help whenever they need it.
  • Fast response times: Questions and concerns are typically answered within hours, not days.
  • Consistent resolution: From shipping issues to refund requests, problems are handled smoothly and efficiently, with minimal unnecessary delays.
  • Positive user feedback: Reviews frequently mention pleasant interactions with support staff, highlighting their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Trust factor: Knowing support is reliable makes the 30-day money-back guarantee even more reassuring.

In an industry where customer service is often overlooked, Avantera uses it as a strength, giving buyers confidence that they’re not just purchasing a supplement, but also ongoing support they can rely on.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Avantera makes it clear that trying Elevate comes with no risk. Every order is backed by a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy, allowing customers to test the supplement and decide if it fits their needs.

  • Full refund available within 30 days if you’re not satisfied
  • No lengthy forms or complicated return process
  • Applies to both single purchases and subscriptions
  • Reinforced by responsive customer service, making the process hassle-free

This guarantee demonstrates confidence in the product, providing new users with peace of mind when making their first purchase.

Ingredient Transparency & Clinical Dosages

One of the most significant advantages of Avantera Elevate is transparency. Many supplements utilize proprietary blends, which don’t disclose all the ingredients (or dosages) that make up the blend to the consumer. Elevate, however, fully discloses exact ingredient doses, so consumers can see exactly what they are taking.

  • 9 clinically studied ingredients: Bacopa Monnieri, CDP Choline, L-Theanine, Lion’s Mane, Rhodiola Rosea, Turmeric, Ginger, Green Tea Extract, Black Pepper Extract
  • Standardized extracts: Bacopa (50% bacosides), Turmeric (95% curcumin), etc., for consistent potency
  • Research-backed dosages: Our dosages are based on peer-reviewed studies to provide targeted cognitive support, stress balance, and gut health.
  • No hidden blends: Full ingredient disclosure and transparency build trust with the user
  • Balanced formula: Caffeine is kept at coffee-level amounts (not enough to induce jitters), L-Theanine smooths this out

This level of transparency allows users to know they are getting clinically relevant amounts of the ingredient, not just fillers or underdosed ingredients.

Third-Party Testing & Quality Control

Avantera prioritizes quality control by ensuring Elevate is thoroughly tested before it reaches customers. Independent third-party labs verify the purity and potency of every batch, with results made transparent through their published reports.

  • Third-party tested for purity, potency, and safety
  • Results published on Avantera’s Quality page for complete transparency
  • Manufactured in the USA in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities
  • Globally sourced ingredients that meet strict quality standards
  • Consistent quality checks to maintain product reliability over time

By opening its testing process to customers, Avantera builds confidence that Elevate is both safe and effective.

Possible Adverse Effects and Safety

Avantera Elevate is well-tolerated. However, with any supplement, personal experiences will vary. The formula is aimed at reducing issues that often arise with nootropics by combining caffeine with calming and digestive-supporting components.

  • A moderate caffeine dosage (approximately equivalent to a cup of coffee) may cause jitters in highly sensitive individuals.
  • L-Theanine should help smooth out the stimulating effects of caffeine
  • Ginger root extract will help with digestion and mild stomach sensitivity
  • Turmeric and Bacopa could mildly upset your stomach if taken on an empty stomach

Not recommended for those under the age of 12, not recommended for pregnant and nursing mothers, and for a few medical conditions without a doctor’s guidance

In summary, despite the possibility of a side effect, Elevate’s more balanced formula and improved properties limit potential adverse reactions compared to stimulant-loaded nootropics.

Pricing, Value & Subscriptions

The Avantera Elevate is marketed as a premium nootropic, but the upside is that the subscription part will reduce the cost for those who use Elevate consistently.

Pricing:

  • Regular price: $64.95 for one bottle containing 56 capsules (28 servings)
  • Subscription pricing: $49.95 per bottle (saving over 20%)

Other relevant information:

Free shipping for your first order + free travel pill case with subscription

Value factor:

With a subscription, the serving price is approximately $1 per serving. This is within the range of some other comparable high-quality nootropic options.

If you plan to use Elevate every day, subscribing for meaningful savings and long-term value will make the most sense.

Conclusion: Is Avantera Elevate Worth It in 2025?

Although not designed to deliver quick hits of energy, Avantera Elevate is for those who appreciate steady focus, balanced mood, and long-term support. Elevate is a step above many nootropics on the market, as it uses transparent dosages, clinically studied ingredients, and is third-party tested for quality assurance.

What sets Avantera apart is not only the quality of their product, but also their outstanding customer service and 30-day money-back guarantee. For professionals, students, or anyone in need of consistent mental clarity, here’s the good news: With its added wellness benefits, Elevate makes a strong case for a daily supplement.

The Best Gym in San Diego Isn’t Really a Gym Anymore

Earlier this year, Fit quietly dropped "athletic" from its brand, from Fit Athletic Clubs to simply Fit, and started calling itself something new: a social wellness club.

There’s a version of San Diego that lives in two extremes. On one side, the 5 a.m. crowd: biohackers, marathoners, people who’ve already logged a cold plunge before your alarm goes off. On the other, the after-dark crowd, the ones chasing sunset happy hours and late dinners with friends. Everyone seems to be either optimizing or unwinding, and most of us feel like we’re failing at both.

Fit, San Diego’s reigning Best Gym for the third year running, has built its entire identity around erasing that divide.

Walk into one of Fit’s three San Diego locations on a Tuesday afternoon and the lines blur fast. Someone’s mid-set on the squat rack. Someone else has a laptop open at a café table a few feet away, half-working, half-people-watching. A group is trading plans for the weekend’s event by the recovery lounge. Nobody’s in a rush to leave.

“We’re not competing for the same people,” says Emily Waybright, Public Relations Manager at Fit,  addressing the arrival of a national luxury gym chain in San Diego this year. “We don’t really feel like we’re in the gym category. It’s this unique thing.”

That unique thing has a name now. Earlier this year, Fit quietly dropped “athletic” from its brand, from Fit Athletic Clubs to simply Fit, and started calling itself something new: a social wellness club.

It’s a small wording change with a bigger idea behind it. Fit was never built around escaping the workday. It was built around the people who genuinely like what they do, and who want workouts, work, and friendships to happen in the same place instead of three separate ones. Because sometimes red light therapy with a stranger turns into weekend plans.

Fit’s philosophy traces back to its founder, who started the brand nearly two decades ago after failing to find a gym he actually wanted to belong to. He looked instead to the old-school country club, where people came for a shared interest and stayed for the community. His version was made for a younger generation, minus the golf, plus the loud music.

Which makes it a little ironic that the very award putting Fit back in the spotlight this year is Best Gym.

What does the best traditional gym look like when the definition of a gym is becoming less traditional? It’s a fair question, and Fit’s answer is that the fitness industry itself is shifting. The 45-minutes-in, 45-minutes-out model is giving way to something closer to a genuine third space, the kind of role the office and the bar used to play before remote work and changing nightlife habits rearranged how people spend their time

For Fit, community isn’t a marketing add-on to fitness. It’s the through-line. Members aren’t just paying for a treadmill; they’re paying for an entire day of social wellness that’s built on performance, recovery, connection, and a plan for the next event on the calendar. That’s a much harder membership to walk away from.

Ambition and ease aren’t opposites here, they exist side by side, where passion and play share the same morning. On September 12, Fit is hosting Sol, a full day wellness festival at Fit Social. The morning focuses on wellness classes and vendors and then the evening is a full party with multiple DJ sets and an open bar. Think of it as a kick-off to locals’ summer in San Diego.

Growing up, Laika Nur, MD, Scripps Clinic sports medicine specialist, loved watching beach volleyball when the Association of Volleyball Professionals tour came to her hometown of Chicago. Years later, Dr. Nur was attending a professional event focused on women’s sports, and the discussion turned to a new professional women’s volleyball league. The general manager and coaching staff  for San Diego’s team, the Mojo, happened to be in attendance, and Dr. Nur took the opportunity to ask them if they needed a team doctor. Flash forward to the Mojo’s inaugural 2024 season, when Dr. Nur officially became the team physician. Mai Vue was just 34 weeks pregnant when she delivered her baby. Her pregnancy had been complicated, and she’d had a recent second trimester pregnancy loss, which led to her receiving specialized care from Sean Daneshmand, MD, a Scripps Clinic perinatologist who oversees high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Daneshmand and his team took care of Mai during her pregnancy, through the birth of her healthy baby girl and beyond. Mai was part of a program Scripps launched to provide support to new moms in the weeks and months after delivery. The postpartum program, known as Scripps Health’s Fourth Trimester Continuum of Care, provides care for women with high-risk pregnancies to optimize their health after childbirth and reduce the risk of complications in future pregnancies. Leading the Way in Skin Cancer Care

Scripps Clinic’s Mohs surgery center is one of the most sophisticated in the country.

It’s estimated that one in five people in the U.S. will develop skin cancer at some point in their lives. When you factor in living in a sun-soaked city like San Diego and the outdoorsy lifestyle that comes with it, that figure can jump to as high as one in three, which makes early detection and intervention all the more important. Dermatologists at Bighorn Mohs and Dermatology Center are using innovative imaging methods and advanced surgical techniques to diagnose and treat skin cancer. For certain cancers in sensitive spots, like the face, dermatologists perform Mohs surgery, removing skin tissue layer by layer until reaching healthy, cancer-free tissue. They also use a process called immunohistochemistry to view tissue samples taken during Mohs surgery in far greater detail than previous methods. But he had to put that on hold to undergo treatment. His physicians at Scripps Cancer Center developed a plan to treat the cancer in his tonsil and lymph nodes that included six-and-a-half weeks of near-daily radiation and weekly chemotherapy. He also worked with a Scripps Cancer Center dietitian to enhance his nutrition to promote strength and healing. Today, Isaac’s back to doing what he loves. Read more of his story here
