On the seaside boardwalk in Ensenada, the quaint Muelle Tres offers fresh seafood and icy cold locally brewed beers. Its ceviche de la casa, or house ceviche, is a stunner: Citrus-drenched mariscos like shrimp, octopus, and fish are piled high and garnished with onion, cilantro, tomato, and creamy avocado. Prepare your carefully constructed tostada and dive right in. I love this dish with Agua Mala’s Sirena Pilsner. Post-meal, take a stroll down the boardwalk, soak in views of the harbor, and visit the local shops.
