Miraval Life in Balance Spa Aviara and Ethereal Balance present a thoughtfully curated half-day wellness retreat exploring how nature’s most intentional creatures can guide us toward harmony, grounding, and inner balance.

Guests will enjoy arrival coffee and tea before participating in an intention-setting workshop, mobility class, and guided visit to the property’s new beehives to learn about local bees and their role within Aviara’s natural landscape. The restorative experience also includes a Beeswax Candle Bar, hands-on honey infusion class, movement session, and time to unwind in the world-class spa’s sauna, steam room, and pool. Designed to restore and reconnect, this Miraval retreat offers a calming journey rooted in nature and wellbeing.
