Guests at Feeding San Diego’s annual Pairings with a Purpose Dinner Party partook in a one-of-a-kind culinary extravaganza to raise money for the nonprofit’s School Pantry Program, which provides free food to families in need.
The feast for about 100 at the picturesque Secret Garden at Rancho Santa Fe featured seared scallops and wood-grilled New York strip steak prepared by Chef Brad Wise of TRUST Restaurant Group and cocktails from Farniente bar director Seth Sandoval. The evening brought in enough money to provide 146,000 meals for the program.
