Broken Yolk Cafe Grand Opening Celebration in Irvine

About the Event

Broken Yolk Cafe, a beloved Southern California breakfast spot, will open its latest location on Barranca Parkway in Irvine, at the Crossroads Shopping Center, on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. To celebrate opening day, the first 100 customers will win a year of free pancakes.

Led by experienced franchisee Mike DiNorscia, the new location will offer the celebrated Broken Yolk menu of house-made breakfast, brunch, and lunch items, including exclusive mimosa flights, bloody marys, and more. The cafe promises a welcoming atmosphere for friends and families to enjoy delicious food and impeccable service in Irvine’s exciting locale. DiNorscia emphasizes a community-focused approach, with Broken Yolk Cafe supporting programs like the San Diego Blood Bank, Susan G. Komen, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
