Bliss & Baker may be a family affair, but these aren’t your grandmother’s Rice Krispie treats. Launched by San Marcos mother-daughter duo Laura and Natalie Potter, the company makes gourmet crispie treats with rice cereal, marshmallows, and handmade sauces and fillings. Flavors range from salty caramel (pictured) and El Churro to a gluten-free option made with brown rice as well as seasonal specials. Their grown-up spin on the childhood treats are available at Green Acre Campus Pointe near UCSD and La Jolla’s El Pescador Fish Market & Restaurant. Gift boxes and more can be purchased online.
