We cannot imagine a more delicious setting for learning the secrets of signature margarita making, this month’s theme in an ongoing culinary series at Esperanza Resort in Los Cabos. Using ingredients from the onsite organic herb garden, the head bartender will tutor guests in the fine art of mastering margs. In August, exec chef Gonzalo Cerda will demonstrate how to make a local clam and oyster ceviche, while September brings lessons in seafood paella. We’ll start saving our appetites now.
